Domestic orders are shipped within one business day of receiving an order before 6 am AEST. This time allows for our technicians to test, inspect, and clean equipment to ensure your item/s meets our high-quality standards. Domestic orders are shipped via StarTrack or FedEx.

International orders are dispatched within one business day using DHL Express. Keep in mind that delivery times can vary depending on the destination location. Still, we find that international shipments are delivered within 3-7 business days for major cities and up to 20 days for distant destinations. Please note that international customers are responsible for all importation fees.
